This has been a rough week for me, and this morning I finally sat down to re-work a goal that I had been aiming to achieve in September.
It’s a good coincidence I should see this video now… since I found myself asking that very question–is it possible? Can I really do it?
I decided that yes, it was possible…. I am able. Now the question is… am I willing. Willing to do whatever it takes.
